Painter. Born in Los Angeles, CA on Oct. 19, 1889.

Bloser studied at the Los Angeles Art School, with Arthur Hill Gilbert, Paul Lauritz, Millard Sheets, and A. R. Martinez. She painted both landscapes and still lifes and was active in Southern California until her death in LA on Sept. 20, 1935.
