Landscape painter.

Born in Los Angeles, CA on April 18, 1907.

At 17 Love had his own sign shop where his work ranged from gold leaf printing to billboards.

For 25 years he was a pastor and evangelist as well as a painter. He studied painting for one year with Sam Hyde Harris, but is essentially self taught.

In 1940 he moved to Yucapia, CA and began teaching painting. He later taught at the Laguna Beach School of Art & Design and was guest instructor at the school in Pescadero.

Member: Society of Western Artists; Laguna Beach AA.

Exhibited: Laguna Gallery, 1945-48; de Young Museum, 1953, 1959, 1965; Laguna Beach AA, 1963; Riverside AA, 1964.

Works held: Mission Inn Museum, Riverside, Boulder, CO; No. Arizona Museum, Flagstaff; Palm Springs Desert Museum. Lee Ziegler, daughter.
