Lithographer, painter.

Born in St Louis, MO on Nov. 20, 1912.

Burr Singer studied at the St Louis School of Fine Arts, AIC, ASL of NYC, and privately with Walter Ufer in Taos for several years.

She settled in Los Angeles in 1939 and continued to live there until her demise on Nov. 18, 1992.

She was the childhood sweetheart and wife of Harry Friedman.
